We, JEFFREY D. ELLINGSON, SUSAN L. HILDERMAN and GORDON F. GERRISH & MARION A. GERRISH, as
Individuals and as Trustees of THE GORDON & MARION GERRISH TRUST, the undersigned property owners, do
hereby certify that we have caused to be surveyed, subdivided and platted into lots as shown by the plat hereto
annexed, the following described land in Flathead County, to -wit:
Lots 4A and 5A of the Amended Plat of Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, Read's Amended Addition to Kalispell, and Lot 6, Block 1,
Read's Amended Addition to Kalispell, lying in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 7, Township 28 North, Range 21 West, P.M.,
M., City of Kalispell, Flathead County, Montana, containing 0.678 Acres of land, all as shown hereon.
Subject to and together with easements of record.
The above described tract of land is to be known and designated as Read's Addition Revisited. We hereby certify that
the purpose of this survey is to relocate common boundaries between existing lots within a platted subdivision, that five
or fewer lots are affected, and that no additional lots are hereby created. Therefore, this survey is exempt from review
as a subdivision pursuant to Section 76-3-207(1)(d), MCA.
We hereby certify that the purpose of this division of land is to aggregate parcels or lots when a certificate of survey or
subdivision plat shows that the boundaries of the original parcels have been eliminated and the boundaries of a larger
parcel are established. A restriction or requirement on the original platted lot or original unplatted parcel continues to
apply to those areas. Therefore, this division of land is exempt from review as a subdivision pursuant to Section
76-3-207(1)(f), MCA.
"The area that is being removed from one tract of record and joined with another tract of record is not itself a tract of
record. Said area shall not be available as a reference legal description in any subsequent real property transfer after the
initial transfer associated with the (certificate of survey or amended plat] on which said area is described, unless said area
is included with or excluded from adjoining tracts of record."
We hereby certify that this division is an aggregation of parcels and is not subject to review because no parcel included in
the aggregation has a previous approval issued under Title 76, chapter 4, part 1, MCA, this division is exempt from
review by the Department of Environmental Quality pursuant to ARM 17.36.605(3).
We hereby certify that this division creates parcels of land that have existing facilities for water supply, wastewater
disposal, storm drainage, or solid waste disposal that were not subject to review, and have not been reviewed, under
Title 76, chapter 4, part 1, MCA, if:
no new facilities will be constructed on the parcel;
the number of developed parcels is not increased;
existing facilities complied with state and local laws and regulations, including permit requirements, which were
applicable at the time of installation; and
the local health officer, determines that existing facilities are adequate for the existing use. Therefore, this division is
exempt from review by the Department of Environmental Quality pursuant to ARM 17.36.605(2)(c)(i),(ii),(iii) &(iv).
