BEGINNING at the southeast corner of Lot 9, Block 1 of Poston Addition to Kalispell
(records of Flathead County, Montana) being a found iron pin; Thence along the south
boundary of said Lot 9 S57'02'07"W 278.82 feet to a set iron pin on the east R/W of a
25 foot dedicated alley, Thence along said alley east boundary N13'48'58"W 53.30 feet
to a set iron pin; Thence continuing along said alley north boundary S76.14'10"W
302.74 feet to a found iron pin; Thence N57'01 35'x' 547.58 feet to a found iron pin on
the west R/W of U.S. Highway 93; Thence along said R/W S32'49'51'E 150.00 feet to the
point of beginning and containing 1.237 ACRES; Subject to and together with all
appurtenant easements of record.
To hereafter be known as: POSTON ADDITION No. 2

parcels or lots when a certificate of survey or subdivision plat shows that the
boundaries of the original parcels have been eliminated and the boundaries of a
larger aggregate parcel are established. A restriction or requirement on the original

this division of land is exempt from review as a subdivision pursuant to Section
76-3-207 (1) (f), M.C.A.

Environmental Quality pursuant to ARM 17.36.605(3) as an aggregation of parcels,
except that an aggregation is subject to review under 76-4-130, MCA, if any parcel
included in the aggregation has a previous approval issued under Title 76, chapter 4,
