CERTIFICATE OF DEDICATION
We, the undersigned property owners, do hereby certify that we have caused to be surveyed
and platted into lots and streets as shown by the plat and certificate of survey hereunto
attached, the following described tract of land, to wit:
A tract of land located in the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 1,
Township 28 North, Range 22 West, Principal Meridian, Montana, Flathead County, Montana,

Commencing at the Southwest corner of Meadowland- Unit No. 2, records of Flathead
County, and the POINT -OF -BEGINNING; thence S89'54'30"E along the South boundary of
said subdivision, a distance of 854.92 feet to the intersection of said boundary with the
westerly right-of-way of North Riding Road as shown on the Plat of Northview Heights
Subdivision- Phase 1, records of Flathead County; thence S15'23'45"W along said
