We, the undersigned property owners, do hereby certify that we have caused to
be surveyed and platted into lots and private easements all of the following

West, P.M.,M., Flathead County, described as follows: Commencing at the
southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 14 of "Northridge Heights, Section No. 5", a
platted subdivision of Flathead County, said corner being the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING of the tract of land herein described; thence N00051156"E along the
west boundary of said Lot 1 and its extension 115.48 feet to the southwest
corner of Lot 12 of "Summit Ridge N1", a platted subdivision of Flathead County;
