We, the undersigned property owners do hereby certify that we have caused to
be surveyed, subdivided, and platted into lots, blocks, streets, avenues, alleys,
parks and playgrounds, as shown by this plot and described in this Certificate of
Dedication, the following described tract of land, including a portion of North-
west Tracts, Flathead County, Montana tto-wit:
A tract of land lying in Section 1, T 28N, R 22W, M.P.M. being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point, (an iron pin), which is the southieast comer of Northridge Park (a part of Northridge
Heights, a plat on file with the County Clerk and Recorder, Kalispell, Flathead County, Montana} proceed
thence N OT 50' W, 292.0 feet along the east boundary of said Northridge Park to an iron pin (said point
being the northeast comer of said Northridge Park} thence S 87° 37' W, 340.7 feet along north boundary
of said Northridge Park to an iron pin (said point being the northwest comer of said Northridge Park} thence
along a curve to the left of radius 703.6 feet, 75.0 feet (whose tangent bears N 27. 50' W) to an iron pin;
thence N�56° 03' 35" E, 409.4 feet to an iron pin; thience S 07° 50' E, 154.2 feet to an iron pin; thence

(said point lying on north right-of-way line of Northridge Drive in said Northridge Heights); thence

right-of-way line, along a curve to the left of radius 4112.0 feet, 93.8 feet to the point of beginning; con-
taining in all 9.964 acres, more or less
Said tract is to be known and designated as 14ORTHRIDGE HEIGHTS SECTION 3
and the lands included in all streets, avenues, alleys, parks, playground and
public squares, as shown on said plat are hereby granted and donated to the use
of the public forever.
The undersigned hereby also grant and dedicate to the use of the public forever
an easement 10 feet wide on the rear of each lot and an easement 5 feet wide on
the side of each lot, except exterior lot lines, all as shown on said plat, for the
purpose of the construction, maintenance and operation of any and oil service
facilities, includinj but without limitation, water, sewer and gas mains andlat-
erals, telephone, electrical and power poles and lines, drainage lines, and all
equipment and facilities necessary or incident to such service installations, pro-
vided however that it is not to be construed as grant of use of surface rights for
road purposes.
