being created; therefore, this survey is exempt from review as a subdivision pursuant to Section 76-.3-207(l)(e), M.C,A.
I also certify that this division is excluded from review by the Montano Oepartment of Health and Environmental Sciences, pursuant to Section
17.36.605 (2)(b), A.R.M., to wit:
