WE, THE UNDERSIGNED PROPERTY OWNERS, DO HEREBY CERTIFY THAT WE
HAVE CAUSED TO BE SURVEYED AND PLATTED INTO LOT AND EASEMENTS
ALL THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY AS DESCRIBED IN THE
CERTIFICATE OF DEDICATION, AND SHOWN BY THE ANNEXED PLAT OR MAP

PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS TO WIT -
Lot 3 of the Resubdivision of Lots I and 3, Gibson Addition No. 41 to
Kalispell (records of Flathead County, Montana) and containing 0.920
ACRk Subject to and together with a 30 foot private road and utility
easement as shown hereon; Subject to and together with a new 15 foot
utility easement (Easement 'P") as shown hereon; Subject to and
together with all appurtenant easements of record.
The above described tract of land shall hereafter be known as:
KOHLBECK ADDITION
Lot 3A is exempt from sanitation review by the Department of
Environmental Quality pursuant to M.C.A. 76-4-125 (a) (d) as the
division is located within jurisdictional areas that have adopted
growth policies pursuant to Title 76, Chapter 1 M.C.A. or is within a
first-class or second class municipalities for which the governing
body certifies, pursuant to 76-1-127 M.C.A., that adequate storm
water drainage and adequate municipal facilities will be provided.
STATEMENT OF ABANDONMENT'
The existing fifteen foot utility easement of record as shown as
EASEMENT 'A " hereon, is hereby being abandoned by the City of
Kalispell, Montana. As no utilities have been constructed within this
easement. It is being replaced with a dedicated new fifteen foot utility
easement as shown as EASEMENT 'Y' hereon. Easement "B" is centered
on and reflects the location of the as -built city sanitary sewer main.
