That portion of Government Lot IJ and Government Lot 14, Section 6, Township 28 North,
Range 21 West, Principal Meridian, Flathead County, Montano described as follows.
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of Government Lot 13, Section 6, Township 28 North,
Range 21 West; thence along the southerli boundary of said aliquot part and along the southerly
boundary of Sunny View Lane as shown on Certificate of Survey No. 14661, records of Flathead
County, Montana, the following seven courses. North 89108,57" East 25.70 feet to the
beginning of a 140.00 foot radius curve concave northwesterly having a radial bearing of
North 06'06'56' West, along said curve through a central angle of 624627' an arc length of
153.39 feet, North 21'06'37' East 186.77 feet to the beginning of a 290.00 foot radius curve

We certify that the purpose of this survey is to relocate common boundaries for
five or less lots in a platted subdivision. Therefore, this survey is exempt from review
as a subdivision pursuant to Section 76-3-207(l)(d), M.C.A.
We further certify that Lot I#, Lot 20, and the Common Area are exempt from sanitation
review by the Department of Environmental Quality pursuant to ARM 17.36,605 (2) (b)
as a parcel that has no existing facilities for water supply, wastewater disposal, or solid
waste disposal other than those that were previously approved by the reviewing authority
under Title 76 Chapter 4 Part 1 MCA or that were exempt from such review because no
new facilities will be constructed on the parcel and the division of land will not
cause approved facilities to violate any conditions of approval, and will not cause
exempt facilities to violate any condition of exemption.
