property owners, do hereby certify that we have caused to be surveyed,
subdivioed and platted into lots as shown by the plat and Certificate
of Survey hereunto included, the following described tract of land, to

Insteness Subdivision, a map or plat of which is on file at the Clerk
and Recorders office of Flathead County, Montana, containing 0.657
acres of land mote or less.
The above described tract of land is to be -known and designated as AN
AMENDED PLAT OF LOT 1 OF INSTENESS SUBDIVISION.
We also certify that these lots are within a master planned area and
that municipal services for water supply, sewage disposal and solid
waste disposal are available to said lots; therefore, these lots are
exempt from review by the Montana Department of Health and
Environmental Sciences pursuant to Section 16.16.603, ARM.

The undersigned hereby grants unto each and every person, firm or
corporation, whether public or private, providing or offering to

water or sewer service to the public, the right to the joint use of an
