CERTIFICATE OF DEDICATION
We, the undersigned property owners, do hereby certify that we have
caused to be surveyed and platted into lots all of the following
described property and as shown by the annexed plat, to wit:
A tract of land in SE114 SE114 of Section 17, Township 08
North, Range ZI West, P.M.N., Flathead County, Montana,

relocate boundaries of five or fewer lots within a platted subdivision,
and that no additional parcels are hereby created, therefore this
relocation of boundaries is exempt from review as a subdivision
pursuant to Section 76 -S -Z07 0)(d), MC.A. And Lot ?6A is exempt
from review by the Department of Environmental Quality pursuant to
17.36.605(2)(a) ARM. which states: A parcel that has no existing
facilities for water supply, wastewater disposal, or solid waste
disposal, if no new facilities will be constructed on the parcel.
