A tract of land located in the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast
1/4 of Section 12, Township 28 North, Range 22 West, Principal
Meridian Montana, Flathead County, Montana, and more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 1 of Gateway Orchard
Villas Subdivision, Records of Flathead County, Montana, thence
N 89'31'29" E, a distance of 162.92 feet, thence S 920'25" E,
a distance of 69.54 feet, thence along a non—tangent curve to the West
with a radius of 45.00 feet , a beginning radial bearing of
S V07'09" W, a central angle of 91'07'50", a length of 71.57 feet,
and a ending radial bearing of N 8658'43" W, thence S 89'39'35" W,
a distance of 114.94 feet, thence N 0'06'05" W, a distance
of 111.38 feet, to the POINT—OF—BEGINNING.
