The State of Montana, the undersigned property owner, does hereby certify that it has
caused to be surveyed, subdivided and platted into lots, blocks, streets, and alleys, and
other divisions and dedications, as shown by the plat hereunto included, the following
described tract of land, to wit:
A tract of land located in the South Ys of the Northeast Y4 of Section 36, Township 29
North, Range 22 West, Principal Meridian, Montana, Flathead County, Montano, being
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the East Y4 corner of Section 36, Township 29 North, Range 22 West, a
found 3-Y4" Brass Cap survey monument; thence along the southerly boundary of the
Northeast Y4 of said Section 36, N89'58'06"W a distance of 1086.52 feet to the Point
Of Beginning of the parcel being described; thence, continuing along said southerly
boundary, N89'58'06"W a distance of 275.88 feet; thence N00'00'00"W a distance of
306.40 feet; thence S89'58'06"E a distance of 275.88 feet; thence S00'00'00"E a
distance of 306.40 feet to the Point Of Beginning of the parcel herein described; said
parcel contains 1.941 acres of land, more or less.
The above described tract of land is to be known and designated as FIRE STATION NO.
62 SUBDIVISION and the lands included in Reserve Loop shown on said plat are hereby
granted and donated to the use of the public forever. The City of Kalispell hereby
accepts the dedication of Reserve Loop into the city's public street system and hereby
agrees to maintain said road.
ROAD AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
The undersigned hereby grants unto each and every person, firm or corporation, whether
public or private, providing or offering to provide public roodway(s), telephone, telegraph,
electric power, gas, cable television, water or sewer service to the public, the right to
joint use of an easement for construction, maintenance, repair, and removal of their
roadways) and lines and other facilities, in, over, under, and across each area
designated on this plat as "Reserve Loop" and "Public Utility Easement" to have and to
hold forever.
