property owners do hereby certify that we have caused to be surveyed, subdivided and platted into lots as shown by the plat hereto
annexed, the following described land situated in Flathead County, to -wit:

The above described tract of land is to be known and designated as The Alley. We hereby certify that the purpose of this survey is to
relocate common boundaries between existing lots within a platted subdivision, that fewer than five lots are affected, and that no
additional lots are hereby created. Therefore, this survey is exempt from review as a subdivision pursuant to Section 76-3-207(1).(d), MCA.
We hereby certify that this division of land (Lot 1) is a remainder of an original tract created by segregating a parcel from the tract for the
purpose of transfer and the remainder is sewed by a public or multifamily sewage system approved before January 1, 1997, pursuant to
76-4-125(2)e(i), MCA.
We hereby certify that this division creates a parcel of land that has no existing facilities for water supply, wastewater disposal, and solid
waste disposal other than those that were previously approved by the reviewing authority under Title 76, chapter 4, part 1, or that were
exempt from such review, if:
no new facilities will be constructed on the parcel (Lot 2);
and the division of land will not cause approved facilities to violate any conditions of approval, and will not cause exempt facilities to
violate any conditions of exemption. Therefore, this division is exempt from review by the Department of Environmental Quality pursuant
to ARM 17.36.605(2)(b){i))&(ii).
