LUCERO ROYBAL INVESTMENTS, LLC, the undersigned property owner does hereby certify that it
has caused to be surveyed, subdivided and platted into lots, as shown by the plat hereto annexed,
the following described land situated in the City of Kalispell, Montana, to -wit:
Lot 2 of the Amended Plat of Lots 7-11 Block 37, of Kalispell, lying in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 7,
Township 28 North, Range 21 West, P.M.,M., City of Kalispell, Flathead County, Montana,
containing 0.20 acre of land; all as shown hereon.
Subject to and together with easements of record.
The above described tract of land is to be known and designated as 11 MAIN SOLUTIONS.
SUBDIVISION.
The undersigned hereby grants unto each and every person, firm or corporation, whether public or
private, providing or offering to provide telephone, telegraph, electric power, gas, cable television,
water or sewer service to the public, the right to the joint use of an easement for the construction,
maintenance, repair, and removal of their lines and other facilities, in, over, under, and across each
area designated on this plat as "Utility Easement" to have and to hold forever.
I hereby certify that this division of land (Lot 1) is a remainder of an original tract created by
segregating a parcel from the tract for the purpose of transfer and the remainder is served by a public
or multifamily sewage system approved before January 1, 1997, pursuant to 76-4-125(2)e(i), MCA.
hereby certify that this division creates a parcel of land that has no existing facilities for water
supply, wastewater disposal, and solid waste disposal, and that no new facilities will be constructed
on the parcel (Lot 2). Therefore, this division is exempt from review by the Department of
Environmental Quality pursuant to ARM 17.36.605(2)(a).
