This will be on the agenda next week. Kalispell Foot & Ankle – 58 Village Loop; new office. New site plan shows building has been shifted about 5 feet to the south. This will be on the agenda next week. Owl View Ph 2 Building 2- 210 Sawyer Ln; new apartment building. Public Works is still working with developer on 90-degree curve. This will be on the agenda next week. World Gym Addition – 555 E Swift Creek Way; Addition to existing gym. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Chipotle – 2261 Hwy 93 N; new restaurant building. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Penco- 2310 Hwy 93 S; building addition. Storm/sewer design is under review. Public Works is waiting on a resubmittal. This will be on the agenda next week. Taco Bell- 2260 Hwy 93 N; new restaurant building. Public Works has comments out. This will be on the agenda next week. Flathead County North- 290 N Main St; remodel and parking lot reconfiguration. Updated sit eplan received showing wider parking spots. They are going to go through the agency exemption process. This will be on the agenda next week. The Warming Center – 189 N Meridian; homeless shelter. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. CoK Police Search Building – 1428 1st Ave W; new police storage building. Public Works has comments out. This will be on the agenda next week. FHS Sophomore parking lot – 740 5th Ave W; parking lot expansion. Planning has comments out. This will be on the agenda next week. Costco ADA parking- 2330 Highway 93 N; establish and restripe handicapped parking spaces. Departments still under review. Issues with complying with both zoning and ADA requirements. This will be on the agenda next week. RDO- 3145 Hwy 93 S; enclose existing covered outdoor storage. Public Works talked to engineer to let them know that they need record drawings for Phase 1 storm drainage. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: Meadows Edge PUD amendment- Allow for building permits to be issued prior to final plat approval of Meadows Edge Ph 2.
