OLD BUSINESS:
Arcade & Tap House — 2400 Hwy 93 S. - remodel to arcade/tap house — Nothing new. This will be on
the agenda next week.
Flathead Foot & Ankle — 58 Village Loop; new office. Public Works received civils and have this on the
list to review. Building has received some new plan sheets, including and new site plan, and is reviewing.
This will be on the agenda next week.
Owl View Ph 2 Building 2- 210 Sawyer Ln; new apartment building. Updated site plan showing the
extended sidewalk, 90degree curve is much too sharp. Building plans have not been submitted. This will
be on the agenda next week.
World Gym Addition — 555 E Swift Creek Way; Addition to existing gym. Building has sent comments
out, plans as received will not work. No response to comments as of 05/20/21. Public Works needs a
submittal showing where the trash enclosure will go. This will be on the agenda next week.
H2O Orthodontics — 1252 N Meridian Rd; new medical office building. Planning received a cross
access easement and Patrick in PW is working with Jordan to get the details on the language of the
easement document. Building is waiting on impact fees. Public Works has some conditions but are
willing to sign off. This has passed through site review.
Chipotle — 2261 Hwy 93 N; new restaurant building. Building plans have been received. Public Works is
under review. Trash enclosures are good to go with Public Works. This will be on the agenda next week.
Penco- 2310 Hwy 93 S; building addition. Storm/sewer design is under review. Public Works is waiting
on a resubmittal. This will be on the agenda next week.
Taco Bell- 2260 Hwy 93 N; new restaurant building. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
Flathead County North- 290 N Main St; remodel and parking lot reconfiguration. Building received a
new plan set 5/ 19/21. Public Works has comments out and is ready to sign off. Planning is still working
on courtyard layout and some parking lot issues. This will be on the agenda next week.
The Warming Center — 189 N Meridian; homeless shelter. Updated plan set received 5/ 19/21.
Departments under review. This will be on the agenda next week.
CoK Police Search Building — 1428 1 St Ave W; new police storage building. Nothing new. This will be
on the agenda next week.
FHS Sophomore parking lot — 740 5th Ave W; parking lot expansion. Building is working with school
regarding ADA accessibility that is not needed and using it as snow storage, etc. Public Works has
comments out. This will be on the agenda next week.
Costco ADA parking- 2330 Highway 93 N; establish and restripe handicapped parking spaces.
Departments still under review. Issues with complying with both zoning and ADA requirements. This
will be on the agenda next week.
RDO- 3145 Hwy 93 S; enclose existing covered outdoor storage. PW is waiting on record drawings from
the 1 St phase. It does not appear that they built the storm drainage according to the approved plans in the
1 St phase. PW has an email sent out to A2Z regarding this. Will not approve any other permits until these
items are resolved. This will be on the agenda next week.
