This will be on the agenda next week. Flathead Foot & Ankle – 58 Village Loop; new office. PW is waiting on civils to show expansion of storm facility. Building is waiting on plan submittal. This will be on the agenda next week. Owl View Ph 2 Building 2- 210 Sawyer Ln; new apartment building. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. World Gym Addition – 555 E Swift Creek Way; Addition to existing gym. Building has sent comments out, plans as received will not work. This will be on the agenda next week. H2O Orthodontics – 1252 N Meridian Rd; new medical office building. Public Works and developer are working out the water main connection out into Meridian. Building is completed with plan review, pre- treatment is completed. This will be on the agenda next week. Chipotle – 2261 Hwy 93 N; new restaurant building. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Penco- 2310 Hwy 93 S; building addition. PW sent out comments on 4/29/21. A new site plan will have to be submitted to show the new storm/sewer design to accommodate the add on. This will be on the agenda next week. Taco Bell- 2260 Hwy 93 N; new restaurant building. PW sent out comments on 5/12/21. This will be on the agenda next week. Flathead County North- 290 N Main St; remodel and parking lot reconfiguration. Sprinkler plans need to be submitted. PW needs revised plans regarding sidewalks. This will be on the agenda next week. Hammerquist Casalegno- 151 Snowline Ln; laydown yard. Conditionally approved with Public Works. This has passed thru Site Review. The Warming Center – 189 N Meridian; homeless shelter. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. CoK Police Search Building – 1428 1st Ave W; new police storage building. PW sent comments out 5/12. This will be on the agenda next week. FHS Sophomore parking lot – 740 5th Ave W; parking lot expansion. Building is working with school regarding ADA accessibility. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: Costco ADA parking- 2330 Highway 93 N; establish and restripe handicapped parking spaces. Costco wants to rearrange existing handicap parking layout. Departments still under review. This will be on the agenda next week. RDO- 3145 Hwy 93 S; enclose existing covered outdoor storage. PW needs to verify where RDO is at with the first projects improvements before they can approve this. This will be on the agenda next week. OTHER: Dermatology Office, KNTC Phase 3, Lot 6&7 – intent is to build a 1200 square foot Dermatology building on one of the lots. Lots have been final platted, and they are looking to do a boundary line adjustment between the two lots. They are looking for preliminary comments on what they can and cannot do while the permitting process is going on. Toby is working with Keith and the postmaster to have the mailbox cluster moved to lot 7. PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: PJ gave the committee updates on the Mountain View PUD that was discussed at the Planning Board work session held on 5/11.
