The City of Kalispell, Montana
will receive sealed bids for the
construction of the Kalispell Trail
and Complete Street Project.
The Kalispell Trail and Complete
Street project is a proposed mul-
6-use path and new complete
street in downtown Kalispell. The
project primarily consists of fur-
nishing materials, labor, and
equipment required for removing
the existing rail, constructing a
multiuse path, building a new
road that meets City of Kalispell
road standards, installing lights,
providing dry utilities (electricity),
seeding, and converting A rail-
road bridge for pedestrian use. A
portion of the project is funded
by a Transportation Investment
Generating Economic Recovery
grant obtained through the US
Department of Transportation.

so be examined beginning
March 220 2021, through
QuestCDN. Bidding require-
ments and The City of Kalispell
portal to QuestCDN is located on

X. The City will only be accepting
online electronic bids through
QuestCDN.
A Pre -Bid Meeting will be held in
the Kalispell City Hall First Floor
Conference Room, 201 First
Avenue East, Kalispell, Montana
59901 at 2 prn on Wednesday,
March 31, 2021. Interested Bid-
ders are encouraged to attend
the Pre -Bid Meeting. Bids will be
received by QuestCDN until 2
pm on Thursday, April 22, 2021.
All bids will be publicly opened
and read aloud at 2 pm on
Thursday, April 22, 2021 in the
Kalispell City Hall First Floor
