Owl View Landing Phase 2 – 209 Sawyer Lane; second phase of apartment complex – This has
passed through site review pending Chad Fincher’s approval of landscape plan.
Sunshine Factory – 15 Glacier View; residential community center – Public Works is still in
review. This will be on the agenda next week.
Arcade & Tap House – 2400 Hwy 93 S. - remodel to arcade/tap house – Nothing new. This will
be on the agenda next week.
Stillwater Crossing – 430 Stillwater; new apartment complex – Nothing new. This will be on
the agenda next week.
Core Water Consulting – 490 E Montana St; new apartment complex – ADA parking and
ramp, deck modification – zoning sent out comments. This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
Big Sky Electric – 15 & 17 Appleway; new office and storage space; This will be on the agenda
