HEAR THE PUBLIC: None
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Meadows Edge will be doing a revised SIA for
Phase 1B, they will be decreasing the total and extend the date out to August 2021.
OLD BUSINESS:
Owl View Landing Phase 2 – 209 Sawyer Lane; second phase of apartment complex –
Landscape plan was received, still waiting on elevations. This will be on the agenda next week.
Copper Mountain Headquarters – 31 Three Mile Dr.; new office, catering, and retail – The
PIA and the cashiers check has been received for the property improvements in Phase 1. Public
Works is ready to sign off with conditions on pre-treatment review. This has passed through site
review.
Sunshine Factory – 15 Glacier View; residential community center – Public Works received a
submittal and will send out comments soon. This will be on the agenda next week.
Arcade & Tap House – 2400 Hwy 93 S. - remodel to arcade/tap house – Nothing new. This will
be on the agenda next week.
Stillwater Crossing – 430 Stillwater; new apartment complex – Public Works sent out
comments. This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
Core Water Consulting – 490 E Montana St; new apartment complex – ADA parking and
ramp, deck modification – new projects, departments still under review. This will be on the
agenda next week.
