PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Nothing new
OLD BUSINESS:
Stillwater Square - Address TBD (Silverbrook); apartment complex. Public Works is still
waiting on the pre-treatment to be addressed. Building is still under review. Final Plat was
completed Monday night, January 11, 2021. This will be on the agenda next week.
Owl View Landing Phase 2 — 209 Sawyer Lane; second phase of apartment complex — Public
Works has determined that pre-treatment will not be required so they are ready to sign off.
Building is still under review. Landscape plans have not been received. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Copper Mountain Headquarters — 31 Three Mile Dr.; new office, catering, and retail — Still
waiting on a landscape plan for phase 1 and pre-treatment plan for phase 2. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Sunshine Factory — 15 Glacier View; residential community center — Public Works is still
waiting on response to comments. This will be on the agenda next week.
Arcade & Tap House — 2400 Hwy 93 S. - remodel to arcade/tap house — Nothing new. This will
be on the agenda next week.
Stillwater Crossing — 430 Stillwater; new apartment complex — Waiting on final plat. Planning
has comments out and Public Works is wrapping up their review and will send comments out
soon. This will be on the agenda next week.
Ceres Bakery — 318 S Main St; expansion/change of use from office to restaurant — Aggregation
has been approved. Public Works has given them some recommendations. Pre-treatment will
need to be reviewed. This will be on the agenda next week.
