ZONING LOT DETERMINATION
Owner: The Meridian Apartments, LLC
The City of Kalispell Zoning Administrator hereby issues a zoning lot determination for
property located at 41 Meridian Court, Kalispell, Montana, and more particularly described as
follows:
Lots 1 and 2 of Meridian Station, as shown on the map or plat thereof on file
and of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder, Flathead County,
Montana.
This zoning lot determination recognizes the exterior boundaries of the combined lots as
a single tract of land for application of the area, dimensional, setback, and other applicable
requirements of the zoning ordinance, including the recreational amenity provisions of the
Conditional Use Permit (KCU-20-02). The transfer of any lot or any modification of the interior
lot lines pursuant to a boundary line adjustment, amended plat or other instrument, other than the
elimination of the interior lot lines, shall void this zoning lot determination.
The Meridian Apartments, LLC, the owner of record of said lots, hereby acknowledge
and agree that said lots shall be bound as set forth above.
