OLD BUSINESS:
St. Matthew’s Phase 1 & 2 - 601 S. Main; parking lot along 6th St & 1st Ave W. Departments
are ready to sign off. This has passed thru site review.
Stillwater Square - Address TBD (Silverbrook); apartment complex. Public Works has come to
an agreement on the temporary turn around cul-de-sac, it will now be private. Parks still has the
landscaping under review. This will be on the agenda next week.
Owl View Landing Phase 2 – Sawyer Lane; second phase of apartment complex – Waiting on a
landscape plan. Departments are still under review. This will be on the agenda next week.
Copper Mountain Headquarters – 31 Three Mile Dr.; new office, catering, and retail – New
site plan has been submitted, departments still under review. This will be on the agenda next
week.
Sunshine Factory – 15 Glacier View; residential community center – Public Works waiting on
response to comments. This will be on the agenda next week.
Arcade & Tap House – 2400 Hwy 93 S. - remodel to arcade/tap house – Nothing new. This will
be on the agenda next week.
Stillwater Crossing – 430 Stillwater; new apartment complex – Departments still under review.
This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
Flathead Warming Center – 889 N Meridian Rd; temporary site plan and building permit for
20 bed warming shelter – site plans shows fence and 8 parking spots, the permanent work is set
to begin in Spring 2021. A temporary C of O will be issued with an expiration date. This has
passed thru site review.
