A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE KALISPELL CITY COUNCIL WAS HELD AT 12:00
P.M. TUESDAY, JUNE 1, 1.993, IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL.
MAYOR RAUTHE PRESIDED. COUNCILMEMBERS ATKINSON, GRANMO, MOSES,
BUCK, LARSON, KENNEDY, NYSTUL, COLLINS AND CITY MANAGER WILLIAMS
WERE PRESENT.
Mayor Rauthe called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of
Allegiance.
ORDINANCES & RESOLUTIONS
Resolution 4098-House Bill 517-PERS Retirement Incentive Program
Moses moved Resolution 4098, a resolution authorizing the City
Manager to file an irrevocable election on behalf of the City of
Kalispell implementing the Retirement Incentive Program established
by the HB 517 (53rd Legislature). The motion was seconded.
There was discussion.
Kennedy, Granmo and Nystul spoke against the motion.
Larson spoke in favor of the motion.
Collins spoke against the motion.
Upon roll call vote the motion carried with Granmo, Kennedy,
Collins and Nystul voting against.

The meeting was adjourned at 12.40 p.m.
