Main; parking lot along 6th St & 1 St Ave W. Public Works received another submittal and Tom Tabler is working on comments. He potentially will issue a contingent approval today or tomorrow. He would like to leave this on the agenda one more week to make sure submittal is adequate. Chad is ok with the updated planters and irrigation plan; he will confirm for next week. This will be on the agenda next week. Stillwater Square -Address TBD (Silverbrook); apartment complex. Public Works is still under review and working with an engineer on a few things. Final Plat has been applied for phase 213- 2, will go to City Council on January 4th. This will be on the agenda next week. Owl View Landing Phase 2 — Sawyer Lane; second phase of apartment complex — Building plans have been submitted, still under review. Landscaping and recreational plans still need to be submitted. This will be on the agenda next week. Copper Mountain Headquarters — 31 Three Mile Dr.; new office, catering, and retail — Updated site plan received, some changes to parking and accessible routes. Bonding will be provided for some of the requirements as part of phase one. The storm swell will be built out ASAP per Public Works. This will be on the agenda next week. Sunshine Factory — 15 Glacier View; residential community center — Public Works sent out comments last week. This will be on the agenda next week. Arcade & Tap House — 2400 Hwy 93 S. - remodel to arcade/tap house — Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Stillwater Crossing — 430 Stillwater; new apartment complex — Civil plans have not been submitted. Building plans have been received. Final Plat still needs to be applied for. Jarod Nygren suggested to Public Woks that they send some preliminary comments regarding the storm water design. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: None PLANNING OFFICE ITEM: None OTHER: Flathead Warming Center — 889 N Meridian Rd; homeless shelter — a site plan was submitted in which they are looking for a temporary building permit to open this winter for a 20-bed warming shelter. A CUP was approved, and they can receive a building permit and temporary certificate of occupancy as early as December 16th. Per this temporary site plan they would put up a fence, parking is adequate but the striping in parking lot would not be completed this winter. Impact fees will not need to be paid until they get their permanent building permit in the spring. Any bonding would be deferred to the permanent building permit as well. Porta Potties would be brought in temporarily. This will be on the agenda next week. TY Properties & Penco — Toby with Jackola Engineering present and looking for some preliminary feedback regarding these two projects. No plans have been submitted.
