OLD BUSINESS:
St. Matthew's Phase 1 & 2 - 601 S. Main; parking lot along 6th St & 1 St Ave W. Nothing new.
This will be on the agenda next week.
Stillwater Square -Address TBD (Silverbrook); apartment complex. Rachel is waiting on a
zoning lot determination. Per Patrick Public Works is close to giving a conditional approval.
Developer is looking to start underground utility work. PJ advised that if all departments are
comfortable with them starting then the committee could give them approval to start subgrade
work at their own risk. This would not mean the project would be approved through site review
yet. This will be on the agenda next week.
Meridian Station Apartments - 41 Meridian Court; new apartment complex. Parks has signed
off on amenity and landscaping. Public Works is still under review but is close. Need striping
next to mailboxes removed, trash enclosures moved a little south. Conditionally passed through
site review.
Peterson Elementary - 1119 2nd St W; parking lot repaving — Still waiting on site plan from
Tim with the school district. This will be on the agenda next week.
Owl View Landing Phase 2 — Sawyer Lane; second phase of apartment complex — Nothing
new. This will be on the agenda next week.
Copper Mountain Headquarters — 31 Three Mile Dr; new office, catering, and retail — Nothing
new. This will be on the agenda next week.
Sunshine House — 15 Glacier View; residential community center — Owners are going to go
through with the two lots but they will not have to obtain another CUP for the additional lot. This
will be on the agenda next week.
Arcade & Tap House — 2400 Hwy 93 S. - remodel to arcade/tab house — Nothing new. This will
be on the agenda next week.
