The City of Kalispell, Montana
will receive sealed bids for the
City Hall Mezzanine Tenant Im-
provement Project. The project
primarily consists of furnishing
materials, labor, and equipment
required to construct office
space, a conference room, in-

stall 3 new windows in the exteri-
or wall, and extend the fire sup-

Plans Exchange. You may con-

be received by mail to Attn: City
Clerk, PO Box 1997, Kalispell,
MT 59903 or delivered in per-
son to Attn: City Clerk, City Hall,
201 First Avenue East, Kalispell
by 5:00 P.M. (local time) on
Thursday November 5, and will
be publicly opened and read
aloud in the upper conference
room of City Hail at 10 A.M. on
Friday, November 8, 2020. Con-
struction of the City Hall Mezza-
nine Tenant Improvement proj-
ect shall be performed by a Con-
tractor who is registered with the
Montana Department of Labor
and Industry. The Contractor
shall be properly registered at
the time of submitting the Bid. A
Pre -Bid Meeting will be held
Thursday, October 29, 2020 at
2:00 P.M. at City Hall, 201 First
Avenue East in the mezzanine
work area. Any questions re-
garding the project, including
clarifications can be asked at the
pre -bid meeting. All Interested
Bidders are encouraged to at-
tend the Pre -Bid Meeting. Any
bidder wishing further informa-
tion may obtain the same from
