HEAR THE PUBLIC: Margaret Davis introduced herself, lives at 160 Charlette, Kalispell. She
is here about the Cottages at Immanuel Lutheran and requested that sidewalk improvements be
included in the requirements for building.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: 700 Rail Park Dr; Grading, paving storm sewer,
canopy – Work is expected to be completed by October 2020.
OLD BUSINESS:
Woodland Apartments- 23 Woodland Park; new multi-family. Owner had meeting with city
attorney and was given a letter stating the city’s authority to require certain improvements.
Public Works still has not received signed SIA. This will be on the agenda next week.
Great Indoors- Silverbrook; indoor play facility. Wet pond is getting established and Public
Works is waiting on a resubmittal. This will be on the agenda for next week.
St. Matthew’s Phase 1&2- 601 S. Main; parking lot along 6th St & 1st Ave W. Public Works is
still waiting on a resubmittal. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Stillwater Square- Address TBD (Silverbrook); apartment complex. Nothing new. This will be
on the agenda for next week.
Meridian Station Apartments - 41 Meridian Court; new apartment complex. Departments are
still under review. This will be on the agenda next week.
Peterson Elementary- 1119 2nd St W; parking lot repaving – Nothing new. This will be on the
agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
The Cottages at Immanuel Lutheran – 165 Crestline Ave; 4 assisted living dwelling units.
Departments are still under review. This will be on the agenda next week.
