PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Reminder letters have been sent out for the Sherman
Building PIA and CHS Inc./Industrial Dev. Fuel Station PIA. There is still work to be done on
both bonds.
OLD BUSINESS:
Woodland Apartments- 23 Woodland Park; new multi-family. Updated plans received 8/4/20,
waiver of SID has still not been signed. This will be on the agenda next week.
Great Indoors- Silverbrook; indoor play facility. Some seeding has been done in the general
vicinity of the wet pond, sounds like they are going to bond for the majority of the remainder.
Public works is still waiting on a resubmittal. This will be on the agenda for next week.
St. Matthew’s Phase 1&2- 601 S. Main; parking lot along 6th St & 1st Ave W. Public Works has
comments out. Per engineer on project phase 1 is being removed from the project, they are only
moving forward with phase 2. This will be on the agenda for next week.
FedEx Ground – 165 Schoolhouse Loop; double-wide office trailer, pavement for mobile
distribution ramp. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Stillwater Square- Address TBD (Silverbrook); apartment complex. Departments still under
review. This will be on the agenda for next week.
