Fuel Station PIA. OLD BUSINESS: Woodland Apartments- 23 Woodland Park; new multi -family. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Great Indoors- Silverbrook; indoor play facility. Planning has comments out. Public Works will go on site today to take pictures of wet pond status. This will be on the agenda for next week. Office Expansion- 220a Kelly Road; 10' x 20' office addition. All departments done with review. This has passed through site review. St. Matthew's Phase 1&2- 601 S. Main; parking lot along 6th St & Pt Ave W. Public Works sent out comments on 08/05/20. This will be on the agenda for next week. FedEx Ground — 165 Schoolhouse Loop; double -wide office trailer, pavement for mobile distribution ramp. New plans with changes submitted, departments still under review. This will be on the agenda for next week. Stillwater Square- Address TBD (Silverbrook); apartment complex. Departments still under review. This will be on the agenda for next week. NEW BUSINESS: Meadows Edge PUD Amendment — Three Mile Drive and W. Springcreek/Farm to Market: Amend PUD condition #24b which requires Three Mile Drive be upgraded to city standards along the entire property. After discussion with all departments it was determined that ROW improvements west of Edwards Lane could be completed at a later phase if bonded for at Phase 2 as a minor PUD amendment.
