Dear Council Members,
As we see various Democrat-run cities around the country disintegrate from the leftist policies
enacted over the years, I want reassurance from you that you will do the opposite. I wantreassurance that you will strengthen our police force and show them respect. I want
reassurance that you will protect our 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms to protectourselves from mobs and rioters. I want assurance that you will never allow rioters to set fire
to our town. I want reassurance that any type of anarchy will be squashed immediately withzero tolerance for lawlessness. I want reassurance that you will protect the validity of
elections by requiring voter ID and tried-and-true in-person voting with absentee ballots uponrequest only. I want reassurance that "small" crimes such as vagrancy, graffiti, littering, and
homeless encampments will not be allowed, since lawlessness begins with the failure to end"small" crimes.
Many people have been "escaping" the liberal hell holes of Washington, Oregon, and
California, and many of these people are moving to Montana and the Flathead. Some of themsee no connection between their past voting for leftist policies and the high taxes and
lawlessness they are trying to escape. When they come here, some of these people willcontinue to lobby for or persue failed policies, because they know no better. You need to be
the adults and hold your ground. You need to keep Kalispell a great place to live and towork.
Again, make a clear statement tonight at this meeting and in your policies that our rights
WILL BE protected, since that is your primary function as a government entitiy.
