Dear City Counsel,
I am writing to express my concern over the upcoming NorthWest Montana Fair, and I urgeyou to formally request a limitation on the activities of the Fair.
I am in full support of the educational component of the Fair for 4-H students, but I cannot
fathom how the Fair can be conducted with social distancing and mandatory masking. Recently, I have been to the grocery store and ordered take-out food, and I've been
shocked on the number of people (including employees) that are not wearing masks at allor are wearing them improperly (not covering their nose or mouth).
Based on the lack enforcement at popular grocery stores and eateries, I'm highly skeptical
the Fair Board can enforce the measures they state.
We all want this to be over with and life to go back to normal. We can do so sooner thanlater if we avoid situations where spread will inevitably occur.
