Mask order July 15 Public Comment from Scotia C. BrosnanFrom:Scotia Brosnan To:Kalispell Meetings Public Comment Subject:[EXTERNAL] Mask order July 15 Date:Monday, August 3, 2020 10:39:58 PM Good evening Kalispell City Council: I attended the scheduled meeting this evening to express a public comment under item G on your agenda only to have the meeting adjourned. No governor has the authority to require the citizens wear masks. Governors cannot pass laws. Governor Bullock can pass an executive order, mandate, proclamation or whatever he deems to name it only it’s unlawful. Meanwhile, we have businesses that are operating like Nazis requiring their employees, customers wear a mask. If a customer feels safer wearing a mask then they should wear one. If masks were effective as some government officials have claimed it wouldn’t require everyone wear them. The businesses, government offices requiring masks are in violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title II and Title VII. Additionally, a medical and/or religious exemption should be honored without harassment. Montanans should not be discriminated against. Doctors who have spoken of the health risks of wearing a mask: Dr. Andy Kaufman, Dr. Sherri Tenpenny, Dr. Rashid Buttar, Dr. Russell Blaylock to name a few. Respectfully, Scotia C. Brosnan P. O.
