01 The City of Kalispell Zoning Administrator hereby issues a zoning lot determination for
�. property located at 50 and 52 Grandview Dr, Kalispell, Montana, and more particularly
described as follows:
Lot 1 and the East Half of Lot 2 of Ted's Addition to Kalispell, Montana,
according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Clerk
and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana.
This zoning lot determination recognizes the exterior boundaries of the combined lots as
a single tract of land for application of the area, dimensional, and setback requirements of the
zoning ordinance. The transfer of any lot or any modification of the interior lot lines pursuant to
a boundary line adjustment, amended plat or other instrument, other than the elimination of the
interior lot lines, shall void this zoning lot determination.
Marianne Lowitz the owner of record of said lots, hereby acknowledge and agrees that
said lots shall be bound as set forth above.
