OLD BUSINESS: KNTC Apartments — Jefferson St; revised layout; Public Works is waiting on a resubmittal. This will be on the agenda next week. Woodland Apartments — 23 Woodland Park; new multi -family. Public Works is waiting on the SID waiver for the storm water maintenance. Nothing new for other departments. Parks is going to email developer about recreational amenities. This will be on the agenda next week. Copper Mountain — 31 Three Mile Dr; new coffee drive thru. Public Works is ready to sign off contingent on the trash enclosures and final submittal from WGM. All other departments are ok to sign off. This has passed through site review. Great Indoors — Silverbrook; indoor play facility. Nothing new. Public Works has comments out about the wet pond and building project. This will be on the agenda for next week. Office Expansion — 220A Kelly Road; 10'x20' addition to existing office. The property owner is still working to get an updated set of plans and surveyed lot information to the city. This will be on the agenda for next week. Sherwin Williams — 430 Cascade Loop; new retail. New sidewalk plan received. Public Works has comments out, not ready to sign off. This item will be on the agenda for next week. NEW BUSINESS: St Matthews — 601 S Main St; parking lot. Project is only to restripe; planning advised the handicap parking needs to be wider. This has passed through site review. PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Planning gave an update on the Colton Lee Communities Apartments and Stillwater Crossing (formerly 430 Stillwater).
