MONTHLY BOARD MEETING MINUTES

1. Call to Order:

6. New Business:
The Holiday ticketing schedule will start Friday, December 20th and will run through Friday, January 3rd
Regular ticketing will resume on Monday, January 6th.
Current oversell amounts in the city owned lots were discussed. All lots that can be oversold are currently
at 15% or more over capacity. It was decided that the lot oversell amounts will remain as is for now.
7. Unfinished Business:
Jared Nygren attended the meeting to provide a Planning Department update. He will follow up with
Wells Fargo to discuss the possibility of an agreement with them to lease their alley parking. It was
previously discussed but was put on hold so we could see how much the recently added on street parking
was being utilized.
Captain Falkner provided an update on the proposed boot fee increase. To increase the boot fee,
a resolution from council is required.
The next meeting will be Thursday, March 19, 2020.
