Public Works is waiting on warranty bond from KNTC Apartments. Public Works advised there is some issues with the phase 1 storm system, will drive by and verify if corrections have been made. OLD BUSINESS: KNTC Apts — Jefferson St; revised layout; Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Woodland Apartments — 23 Woodland Park; new multi -family. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week. Copper Mountain — 31 Three Mile Dr; new coffee drive thru. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week. Great Indoors — Silverbrook; indoor play facility. Public Works has comments out, the wet pond will need to be completed as well at final plat. This will be on the agenda for next week. Office Expansion — 220A Kelly Road; 10'x20' addition to existing office. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week. Sherwin Williams — 430 Cascade Loop; new retail. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week. Sterling School —133 Glenwood Dr; parking lot. All departments satisfied. This has passed through site review. NEW BUSINESS: None PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: None OTHER REPORTS: Meridian Station Apartments — Preliminary comments on 4 building apartment complexes at 41 Meridian Court — Doug Kauffman represented applicant, looking for preliminary comments before they submit for building permits. Making some changes to pedestrian access points, Public Works advised the man hole on the SE corner will need to be cut in as opposed to dog house and planning advised that since the clubhouse will be in phase 2 an amenity bond will be needed.
