PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Discussed bond status of KNTC Apartments,
Southside Estates Ph 2 and Universal Mechanical.
OLD BUSINESS:
Flathead Industries – 40 E Idaho; drive-through/drop-off addition. New plans submitted; all
departments are satisfied. This has passed through site review.
Kalispell Family Dental – 720 2nd St E; new plans have been submitted; addition will no longer be
done. There are a few parking changes, committee agreed this does not need to stay in site review
and can be reviewed individually. This has passed through site review.
KNTC Apts – Jefferson St; revised layout; Public Works and Building are waiting on responses to
comments. This will be on the agenda next week.
Woodland Apartments – 23 Woodland Park; new multi-family. Nothing new. This will be on the
agenda for next week.
Copper Mountain – 31 Three Mile Dr; new coffee drive thru. All departments are still under
review. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Great Indoors – Silverbrook; indoor play facility. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next
week.
Office Expansion – 220A Kelly Road; 10’x20’ addition to existing office. Nothing new. This will
be on the agenda for next week.
Sherwin Williams – 430 Cascade Loop; new retail. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for
next week.
Sterling School – 133 Glenwood Dr; parking lot. All departments satisfied. This has passed through
site review.
