PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Three bonds expiring 5/31/20 – Public Works and
Parks & Rec still need to verify work before signing bond release.
OLD BUSINESS:
Flathead Industries – 40 E Idaho; drive-through/drop-off addition. Nothing new. This will be on
the agenda for next week.
Kalispell Family Dental – 720 2nd St E; Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week.
KNTC Apts – Jefferson St; revised layout; Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
Woodland Apartments – 23 Woodland Park; new multi-family. Nothing new. This will be on the
agenda for next week.
Copper Mountain – 31 Three Mile Dr; new coffee drive thru. New submittals received today,
departments still need to review. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Great Indoors – Silverbrook; indoor play facility. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next
week.
Office Expansion – 220A Kelly Road; 10’x20’ addition to existing office. Nothing new. This will
be on the agenda for next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
Sherwin Williams – 430 Cascade Loop; new retail. Architectural Review tabled at 5/26/20
meeting. Departments are still reviewing. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Sterling School – 133 Glenwood Dr; parking lot. Still under review, there is an issue with the
dumpster location and garbage pickup. This will be on the agenda for next week.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: None
OTHER REPORTS: Rachel advised of 3 new projects possibly coming to site review in the
coming weeks. Fed Ex, Clean Car Wash and a possibly apartment complex on Hwy 2 W behind
Mudman Burgers.
