PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Three bonds expiring 5/31/20 – Edge Apartments,
NW Drywall and Sterling School. Zoning has signed off on all three, public works and parks
have not.
OLD BUSINESS:
Flathead Industries – 40 E Idaho; drive-through/drop-off addition. New drawings have been
submitted, all departments still under review. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Kalispell Family Dental – 720 2nd St E; Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Town Pump – 2910 Hwy 93 S; new store/casino/lounge; Passed through site review pending
approval from parks and fire.
KNTC Apts – Jefferson St; revised layout; Public Works sent out comments, building is waiting on
a response from comments sent. This will be on the agenda next week.
Woodland Apartments – 23 Woodland Park; new multi-family. Nothing new. This will be on the
agenda for next week.
Copper Mountain – 31 Three Mile Dr; new coffee drive thru. Nothing new. This will be on the
agenda for next week.
Great Indoors – Silverbrook; indoor play facility. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next
week.
Office Expansion – 220A Kelly Road; 10’x20’ addition to existing office. Applicant is working
with an architect. Waiting on submittal of plans. This will be on the agenda for next week.
NEW BUSINESS: None
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: PJ updated the committee about the June 9 planning board meeting
