RESOLUTION NO. 4555
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A MONTANA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION GRANT
TO THE KALISPELL POLICE DEPARTMENT TO PURCHASE MOBILE RADAR UNITS.
WHEREAS, the Montana Department of Transportation has agreed to
provide $3,500.00 to the Kalispell Police Department for
the purchase of mobile radar units; and
WHEREAS, the grant requires no matching funds; and
WHEREAS, the grant, in the amount of $3,500.00, would be in line
item 218, Equipment (Non -Capital) Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the City Council hereby accepts Grant
#410-00-04-08-06 in the amount of $3,500.00
from the Montana Department of Transportation
for the purchase of mobile radar units.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND SIGNED BY THE MAYOR OF
THE CITY OF KALISPELL, THIS 1ST DAY OF MAY, 2000.
