OLD BUSINESS: Flathead Industries – 40 E Idaho; drive-through/drop-off addition. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Kalispell Family Dental – 720 2nd St E; Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Town Pump – 2910 Hwy 93 S; new store/casino/lounge; Rick received responses to comments sent which includes pre-treatment comments that public works needs. He is working through them and will get the comments to public works. Public Works is till waiting on the waiver of SID. This will
be on the agenda next week.
KNTC Apts – Jefferson St; revised layout; Developer is changing the order in which the buildings are to be built. Site plan will not change but planning will need a new phasing plan to review. This will be on the agenda next week.
Woodland Apartments – 23 Woodland Park; new multi-family. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week. Copper Mountain – 31 Three Mile Dr; new coffee drive thru. Nothing new. This will be on the
agenda for next week.
Great Indoors – Silverbrook; indoor play facility. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week.
