A RESOLUTION OF INTENT CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE
ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, AS SET
FORTH IN THE 2008-2009 BUDGET ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON BEHALF
OF THE PARKING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, in the budget adopted by the City of Kalispell for the 2008-2009 fiscal year, certain
detailed and itemized estimates of expenditures for the Parking Commission have
proven inaccurate in the estimates for the operations of the City for the 2008-2009
fiscal year.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. On the 1st day of June, 2009 at 7:00 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chambers,
City Hall, 201 lst Avenue East, Kalispell, Montana, the City Council of the
City of Kalispell shall hold a Public Hearing on the following amendment to
the 2008-2009 fiscal budget:
Parking Commission
Contract services $ 2,000
Snow removal $1.0,000
Depreciation expense 5,000
Total amendment $17,000
SECTION II. That notice of the passage of this resolution shall be published pursuant to
Section 7-1-4127, MCA.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND SIGNED BY THE MAYOR OF THE
CITY OF KALISPELL, THIS 18TH DAY OF MAY, 2009.
