FVCC College Center – 777 Grandview; new college center; Public Works is ready to sign off. Passed through site review pending Parks approval. Town Pump – 2910 Hwy 93 S; new store/casino/lounge; Public Works is waiting for a response
regarding pre-treatment comments that were sent out. MDT has comments out about the right in
right out for the eastern approach on Cemetery Road. This will be on the agenda next week. KNTC Apts – Jefferson St; revised layout; Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
Woodland Apartments – 23 Woodland Park; new multi-family. Nothing new. This will be on the
agenda for next week. Copper Mountain – 31 Three Mile Dr; new coffee drive thru. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Global Archive Storage – 135 Schoolhouse Loop; new storage facility. Passed through site review pending approval by Parks. Jarod asked that zoning check with City Attorney in regard to the developer’s agreement.
Great Indoors – Silverbrook; indoor play facility. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week.
NEW BUSINESS: None PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Updates on May Planning Board agenda; discussed Behe annexation on Two Mile Drive and whether there are any issues with providing service to the home.
Fire would be able to serve it in the event of a fire and sewer is present. No issues apparent for departments to serve it. Let Planning know of anything that might come up. OTHER REPORTS: None
