RESOLUTION NO. 4466
A RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH A FEE SCHEDULE FOR ELECTRONIC COPIES OF
ENGINEERING DATA SUPPLIED TO THE PUBLIC FROM THE PUBLIC WORKS
DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has received a number of
requests for electronic copies of engineering survey data
developed over the years, and
WHEREAS, in order to recover the public cost of this data, a fee
schedule should be implemented for this information.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The fee schedule for providing electronic
copies of survey data is as follows:
Topographic base mapping or other related information
utilizing the same base mapping information:
$25.00 per section
Entire City (14 sections): $150.00
SECTION 11. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage by the City
Council.
