RESOLUTION NO. 4463
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA, AS SET FORTH IN THE 1998-99 BUDGET ADOPTED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE PURPOSE OF APPROPRIATING FUNDS RECEIVED IN
THE WEST SIDE URBAN RENEWAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the City Council budgeted and appropriated the sum of -0-
for redevelopment projects for the 1999 fiscal year, and
WHEREAS, said expenditures have proven inaccurate because of tax
receipts totaling $90,000.00, and
WHEREAS, said pre -payment is revenue accruing to the City not
appropriated pursuant to Section 7-6-4271, and
constitutes an overall increase in appropriation
authority, and
WHEREAS, the appropriate fund would be Fund 2188, with the
appropriate expenditure line item, Redevelopment Projects
470230 840.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION-1. That the annual appropriation for Fund 2188,
West Side Tax Increment District, is hereby
amended by allocating an additional $90,000
for the purpose of Redevelopment Projects in
the West Side Urban Renewal Area.
SECTION II. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage by the City
Council.

THE CITY OF KALISPELL THIS 19TH DAY OF APRIL, 1999.
