NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RESOLUTION NO. 4L-
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATIONS OF THE CITY OF'KALISPELL, MONTANA, AS SET FORTH IN
THE 1998-99 BUDGET ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE PAYMENT OF
SID BONDS.
WHEREAS, the annual appropriation for the payment of SID Bonds in
SID #342 have proven inaccurate because of the prepayment
of bonds held by the City, and said payment was made
subsequent to the adoption of the Fiscal 1999 budget, in
accordance with M.C.A. 7-6-4120, and
WHEREAS, said prepayment is revenue accruing to the City not
Appropriated pursuant to Section 7-6-4271, and
constitutes an overall increase in appropriate authority,
and
WHEREAS, the appropriate fund would be in Debt Service Funds,
3642, SID 342, with the appropriate expenditure line item
for purpose of paying the outstanding bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That on April 19`h, 1999 at 7:00 o'clock P.M.,
in the Council Chambers of City Hall,
Kalispell, the City Council will hold a public
hearing on appropriating funds for the purpose
of paying SID 342 Bonds due to a prepayment of
indebtedness.
SECTION II. That notice of the passage of this resolution
shall be published pursuant to Section 7-1-
4127, MCA.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND SIGNED BY THE MAYOR OF
THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, THIS 5th DAY OF APRIL, 1999.
