Sorensen, Chairman Patrick Jentz, Engineer II Tom Tabler, Senior Civil Engineer Dave Dedman, Fire Chief Rick Parker, Building Plans Examiner GUESTS: Marls Johnson (Architect), James Freyholtz (MDT), Wade Rademacher (Meadows Edge), Tom Wilkes (Crossings), Todd Fedor, Stacy Fedor &Geri Miller (Alpine Lighting), Sam Dugay (Jackola/KNTC Apts), Ean McClure &Josh Faith (Faith Corp/Smiths), Cody Jensen (406 Engineering/Smiths), HEAR THE PUBLIC: None PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None OLD BUSINESS: The Crossings — Two Mile Drive; new apartment complex. Still waiting on FEMA approval. Building is almost complete with the club house and will move onto the pool equipment next. Fire Chief has begun review, advised developer once building starts he will require a hard surface pad within 150 feet of the closest structure and water supply. This will be on the agenda for next week. Flathead Industries — 40 E Idaho; drive-through/drop-off addition. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week. 4th and Zuri — 55 4th Ave WN; remodel existing building to multi -use. Public Works has received the first submittal and it is in their que for review. This will be on the agenda for next week. CHS/Bridgewater —150 1 St Ave EN: remodel. Building Dept is complete with the Alpine Lighting review, Architectural Review Committee is still hashing out the landscaping and parking in front of Alpine Lighting. Mark Johnson has submitted the phasing plan. Public Works needs the stamped plans from the civil engineer before they will sign off. Owners at Alpine Lighting would like to proceed with the work, Public Works will only ok that if they can verify that no more than 10,000 sq. ft of ground will be disturbed. This is approved by site review with the condition that no building permits will be issued until public works approves the project. UPS — 1151 N Meridian; expansion of existing facility. UPS submitted new south access design; Public Works is reviewing. This will be on the agenda for next week. Kalispell Family Dental — 720 2nd St E; Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week. Montana Executive Office — 100 1 Main St; remodel; Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week. FVCC College Center — 777 Grandview; new college center; Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: Meadows Edge — PUD Amendment to allow building permits prior to final plat; this is deemed to be a minor amendment and approved by Site Review with the condition that locations of buildings will be surveyed in. Town Pump — 2910 Hwy 93 S; new store/casino/lounge; new submittal, no reviews yet, this will be on the agenda next week. KNTC Apts — Jefferson St; revised layout; Building advised that if building plans are submitted by April 15th the 2012 building codes would still be ok. After April 15th the 2018b codes will be in effect. This will be on the agenda next week. Smith's - 195 3rd Ave EN; parking lot overlay. No change in layout. They will email in the layout sheet. Will be on the agenda next week. PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: None.
