NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing regarding the
MS4 Sampling Plan for
TMDL-related water monitoring
to comply with the MS4 General
Permit requirements as required
by Federal and State law will be
held on Monday, February 3,
20 ..council Chambers
of City Hall, 201 1 st Avenue
East, Kalispell, Montana, at 7:00
P.M.
Based upon its population, the
City of Kalispell is required to
comply with MCA § 75-5-101 et
seq. and ARM §§ 17.30.1101,
17.30.1301 et seq, and
17.30.1401 et seq. for Storm
Water Discharge Associated with
Small Municipal Separate Storm
Sewer System (commonly 'refer-
red to as "MS4 permitting").
Any person wishing to address
the MS4 Sampling Plan may ap-
pear at this hearing and make
oral statements or present same
in writing. Written comments
may also be submitted for Coun-
cil consideration by delivering
the same to the City Clerk prior
to the hearing or emailing to city
council@kalispell.com. If there
are questions that might be an-
