Chairman Rold called the meeting to order and welcomed Board, consultant and city staff.
PUBLIC COMMENT - None.
APPROVAL OF MEETING SUMMARY - Passed unanimously.
BUSINESS -None.
TIGER/KALISPELL CORE Sc RAIL REDEVELOPMENT
The Kalispell Trail design report is nearly complete and will provide vision, preferred design and
background for the project. Expected to have the report for the February URA Board meeting.
The stoplight at the intersection of US Hwy 2 East and Flathead Drive is in operation. Final punch list
items are being inspected for Glacier Rail Park and monument sign work continues.
TIF & TEDD UPDATES
Brodie provided an overview of the two options further developed at the request of City Council, 18t" Street
Realignment and the 16t" Street Offset. Design, functionality, acquisition, infrastructure, sidewalks and costs
for each option were examined. Zauner moved to recommend the 16t" Street Offset option to City Council,
Venturini seconded. Passed unanimously.
